Join Your First Class

You will receive an email from info@tcaarts.org with information for first day of class including log in information. Email any questions you may have.

A quick read before you enroll — we keep things simple and in writing.

Tuition & Refund Policy

Tuition is billed monthly and secures your child's spot in our program. A form of payment must be kept on file. Because materials, planning, and staffing are prepared in advance, all payments are expected on time.

  • Tuition payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
  • If a family chooses to withdraw, a written notice of at least 14 days is required before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, missed classes, or unused time.
  • In the rare event that TCA cancels a class or program, a make-up class or credit will be provided.
Missed Classes
  • If your child misses a class, we understand — but missed classes are not refundable or credited.
  • Supplies and activities can still be completed offline with family using the provided materials.
  • Please send a message to the teacher via text, or email info@tcaarts.org in advance if your child won't be attending a session.
Late Arrivals
  • Please have your child log into Zoom at least 3 minutes early.
  • Classes begin and end on time to respect all families.
  • If your child joins late, the teacher will help them transition into the lesson as smoothly as possible.
Teacher Absences & Emergencies

If a teacher is unable to teach, a qualified substitute will lead the class or a make-up session will be scheduled.

Technology Requirements
  • Families are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes due to individual technical difficulties.
